LFM draw lenght

Postby eaglebender on Thu May 13, 2010 12:18 pm

I have a 2000 LFM that I am switching from release to finger shooting. The sticker is marked med draw lenght, power cables are yellow, yoke is copper/pink best I can tell, it has an F mod in it, and brace height is set at 6 5/8. With the draw stops disengaged I can only get 29 1/2 inches of draw out of it. When I bought it it came with a set of short mods I'm wondering if the it is possible that the cam has been changed. the cam measures approx. 2.570" long. What elese could affect draw lenght. I need to get about 30 1/2" out of it. Any help will be appreciated. I also have a short draw AF that I am going to change out so if there's any one out there that wants to do a parts swap let me know.

I have visited this forum quite a bit, lots of good info here. Registered today cause I had something to say, finally.

Welcome

You don't need to change cams. You just need to chance the modules. The F's you have in are for 29-30 DL, 80% LO. To get 30-31" DL you need either a 16 for 40% LO, 17 for 50% LO, 18 for 65% LO or G for 80% LO. You should also register and post on Gulf Coast Archery. http://www.5150bows.com/forum/index.php?showforum=4. It dedicated to Oneida's and improve there performance. If Boar cant hook you up someone will be able to help you.
