i got an strike that has been converted to an af, med draw my question is are there a diffence in med and short draw cams?how hard would it be to go from med to short?

It's not hard to do. the hard part is finding the cams. Short K-cams are rare indeed. After that, Richard @ Gulfcoast archery can hook you up with the cables you'd need.
